GBGreat product, customer service needs some work After researching for months, I decided to order two Alen air cleaners in early November. I called to talk to a customer service rep because I had a special request concerning shipping. I wanted to get the filters before Thanksgiving but was unsure of when to order them because I was going to be out of town and I didn't want to miss the delivery. The rep told me I could go ahead and order and he would talk to shipping and delay the shipping of my order. Instead, my order shipped right away while I was out of town. Everything turned out fine, as a friend watching the house brought the filters in before they were stolen. The point is, I didn't need to spend 15 minutes on the phone with the rep who was not able to take of the delayed shipment as promised. The other thing I found disappointing was finding out they had a "Black Friday" sale. I could have saved $150 on my two A350s. Here's how Alen's rep could have guaranteed they'd get a 5-star review: when I call tell me I should just wait another 2 weeks and order after Thanksgiving to save money and get the shipment delivered after my out of town trip. As for the filters, they are fine. I live in the desert with lots of dust and I have dogs. The amount of dust in the house is visibly reduced and my home doesn't smell like dog. The low settings are very quiet. The highest setting is a bit noisy but that is to be expected if you expect it to move that much air around. It actually helps me at night because I sleep better with white noise. Though I don't have bad allergies I am less stuffed up than I was before I bought these air cleaners. I would recommend this company and their product to anyone, just don't expect any personalized customer service if you call instead of ordering online.

GBOutstanding Product We have one of the Alen room air purifiers (T300) for a couple of years now and it works as advertised. We receive our air filters every six months and are very satisfied with their service. This year at Christmas time they even reduced the cost of their filters which made it even better. Amazing product with great service!

GBI haven’t even plugged the product in… I haven’t even plugged the product in yet, but I had to review the company right away. So far, this experience has been phenomenal! I haven’t had customer service like this in quite some time! I received multiple emails keeping me updated on the progress. It even arrived sooner than I expected. I appreciate their dedication to an excellent customer experience.

GBTop notch product and service Our Alen Air Purifier suddenly stopped working after an electrical power surge. We called the company and a tech had us try several things to start it again. Nothing helped. He asked how long we had had it and we thought 5 years. He looked us up in their system and discovered it was 8 years old. After checking our information he told up to expect a replacement, after Independence Day. Amazingly it arrived today, less than a week from calling. Please understand this was still covered under the warranty, that the technician was extremely helpful and concerned and we have always been delighted with the unit's preformance. I highly recommend this company and their product.

GBBest purchase in a very long time! The air purifiers I purchased from Alen are amazing. I can finally breathe again at night. No more making funny noises with my throat or hearing my husband snore. I never would have believed the air purifiers would have made such a big difference in the quality of the air we breathe. We purchased a large unit Breathe Right for the family room and run it every time we open the woodstove to add wood and occasionally during the day. The small tower unit, we run while we sleep. I would recommend these purifiers to anyone who would like to breathe clean, fresh air.
