GBDEFECTIVE 2x Purchased the I-75 last year and upon arrival, when plugging it in, it was defective. I returned it and cancelled the subscription for the filter. I just received a filter for that device I no longer own. Had to call customer service to get a Return label. Never received it via email so called again. This took 30 mins on the phone .. ABSURD! Thought I'd give them another chance... I took advantage of the BOGO deal and purchased 2 devices... One of them is DEFECTIVE AGAIN! So whatever you purchase full price or discounted, I'm 100% getting a defective item. Who does quality control here? This device has no remote control, and the app sucks. Customer service agents are a hit or miss. I'll pass

GBGreat but need battery backup My Alen filters, all four of them, are super and quiet. But with one second power blips common, we often find that the filters have been turned off and have to be manually turned on again. It would be ideal if they could incorporate just a few second backup to not not shut the machine down on a power blip.

GBBest purchase in a very long time! The air purifiers I purchased from Alen are amazing. I can finally breathe again at night. No more making funny noises with my throat or hearing my husband snore. I never would have believed the air purifiers would have made such a big difference in the quality of the air we breathe. We purchased a large unit Breathe Right for the family room and run it every time we open the woodstove to add wood and occasionally during the day. The small tower unit, we run while we sleep. I would recommend these purifiers to anyone who would like to breathe clean, fresh air.

GBI haven’t even plugged the product in… I haven’t even plugged the product in yet, but I had to review the company right away. So far, this experience has been phenomenal! I haven’t had customer service like this in quite some time! I received multiple emails keeping me updated on the progress. It even arrived sooner than I expected. I appreciate their dedication to an excellent customer experience.

GBBought two and were delivered earlier than I expected. One was for me the other was for my son. The unit is very quiet at low speed, I have to put my hand at the exhaust end to determine if it still working. I rank the product 4 stars because it is very hard to removed the face cover to check if the filter needs replacing. The instruction stated to raise the face plate up, but it will not budge (my son had to force it by pull it up front instead). Because of this issue I am reluctant to check the filter's status because I might break something. (So I plan to do check after 3 months or more given a 24/7 use).
