GBCustomer service corrected issues with order It appears that the support management accounts portion of the website is not working properly, but I received an excellent response when I emailed maritza directly. The color of the compression sleeve I ordered did not match the photo (an error on the manufacturer's part). Maritza arranged for a replacement that arrived quickly. Lymphadema products has always been my go to for products and I will continue to use it.

GBTerrible service Terrible service. I will not ever buy from this company again. No communication back until I wrote a nasty letter. Nothing but comments from customers asking where their medical supports were. Hire more help. Lost any future business from me. People are hurting!!!

GBMy son was wearing wraps from another… My son was wearing wraps from another company which were really expensive size xxl until I heard about yaw. This is the third set of leg wraps I purchased for him he went from xxl now since I been getting them from here I just got him in a small. We are so excited.

GBOrder not received I ordered 2 pair of socks from this company; I still haven't received them. I sent an email with no reply what's so ever. I am disappointed. If I don't get a reply soon then I will report them to the Better Business Bureau. This was over 2 weeks ago.

GBDon’t waste your time or money on this company Ordered December 2, 2020; today is December 28, 2020, still no sleeve, supposedly mailed the 15; December, tracking shows it isn’t moving.I contacted tgem 3 times no answer. I ordered from 3 other companies the same day, received most products within 2-8 days. I would never order from this company again, when you need compression garments weeks will only worsen the condition.
