We received the order as it was said to… We received the order as it was said to arrive. I like the products and the live chat person was helpful. I might suggest some sort of standard for determining the size needed for stockinettes as different manufactures show for example 6.2cm or 12cm sizes. The average Joe (me) does not have a clue what to order when I need a product to fit a 40cm limb. The chat person was helpful, BUT, the sample I ordered (Alba 8") would be big enough to fit nicely over my wife's shoulders! (it's for her leg). Thank you for caring.

Don’t waste your time or money on this company Ordered December 2, 2020; today is December 28, 2020, still no sleeve, supposedly mailed the 15; December, tracking shows it isn’t moving.I contacted tgem 3 times no answer. I ordered from 3 other companies the same day, received most products within 2-8 days. I would never order from this company again, when you need compression garments weeks will only worsen the condition.

Lymphedema company helpful, but in the end, does not sell the product that I am looking for The company that I purchased the binder from was quite good and helpful. Within minutes of purchasing the binder I received a nice email from Lymphedema telling me how to contact them if I have questions. The binder that I purchased was comfortable when I first put it on, but like the ones from the hospital, it bunched up on me as I moved around the house. It was comfortable to sleep in, but I want binders that don't roll at my waist or bunch up on me.

Customer service corrected issues with order It appears that the support management accounts portion of the website is not working properly, but I received an excellent response when I emailed maritza directly. The color of the compression sleeve I ordered did not match the photo (an error on the manufacturer's part). Maritza arranged for a replacement that arrived quickly. Lymphadema products has always been my go to for products and I will continue to use it.
