GBDon’t waste your time or money on this company Ordered December 2, 2020; today is December 28, 2020, still no sleeve, supposedly mailed the 15; December, tracking shows it isn’t moving.I contacted tgem 3 times no answer. I ordered from 3 other companies the same day, received most products within 2-8 days. I would never order from this company again, when you need compression garments weeks will only worsen the condition.

GBService good but don't be misled by the percentages quoted in "sales" I use Lymphedema Products to purchase my short stretch wraps. The delivery is quick, ordering easy but still upset that they entice with a possible large percentage off, but always deliver a tiny discount. I have addressed this in the past and feel it's misleading. Don't approve of this business practice.

GBCustomer service corrected issues with order It appears that the support management accounts portion of the website is not working properly, but I received an excellent response when I emailed maritza directly. The color of the compression sleeve I ordered did not match the photo (an error on the manufacturer's part). Maritza arranged for a replacement that arrived quickly. Lymphadema products has always been my go to for products and I will continue to use it.

GBDon't believe when it says it in stock on the website I ordered 5 pairs of pantyhose and only 2 arrived, and only after multiple emails and a phone call to cancel the order when no product had arrived 21 days after I ordered them. I was told that the items were shipping from the warehouse and that they would partially release what was available. Another week passed after receiving 2 pairs of the 5 that I ordered. When I escalated the issue to PayPal, Lymphedema Products gave them a fake/invalid UPS tracking number for the remaining 3 pairs. It's been over a month and I only have 2 out of 5 of the items, and they have my money.

GBOrder not received I ordered 2 pair of socks from this company; I still haven't received them. I sent an email with no reply what's so ever. I am disappointed. If I don't get a reply soon then I will report them to the Better Business Bureau. This was over 2 weeks ago.
