Tried multiple times to contact NiceRx… Tried multiple times to contact NiceRx but no answer. Email is refused, no shipment was received as promised. I went direct to manufacturer to get answers. I suspect NiceRx is a scam. Nice Rx is only a pack and ship store front mailbox. No working phone, email or personnel. Also no assistance in obtaining the medications through their subscription service. Foreign owned. All appearances of a scam.

Trust established I’m grateful that I was connected to NiceRx through my doctor. All communication has been pleasant, informative, and followed with an e-mail on how to reach someone if more help was needed. Also I like that my medication goes to my doctor’s office as I live on a rural route.

weird cancellation policy It's great to have the opportunity to get expensive meds at this price. But to cancel your subscription, even less than 24 hrs after signing up, you have to print a form. They give you weird reasons but honestly I think it's just bc they know it's harder for people to do and they want money. You can cancel everything over the phone, even insurance. Also, they won't transfer you to a manger because they are "unavailable".
