Jordon and my hot meds My shipment arrived almost a week late, and the cold medication was hot (it ships in a cooler with icepacks, all of which were hot). I talked to Jordon for the second time, and he was amazing as usual! I can’t tell you how many emails we sent back and forth trying to get my meds, and he assisted me again when I called this time (talk about coincidences!)…he is caring and professional and got me the answers I needed and formed a plan on how to fix the situation.
