GBI arrived to my appointment on time I arrived to my appointment on time. I was not sent a covid questionnaire before my visit. I was told, I had to complete the questionnaire before getting my facial, but I was not told the time I used to complete the questionnaire was being deducted from my appointment. When I was ready for my facial, I was told I only had 20 minutes. The woman that did my facial did not do the power peel. She rubbed some cream on my face missing much areas of my face and wiped it off with tissue. I feel I was robbed. Poor customer service. And so 😡 upset, I did not say anything to anyone and did not leave a tip and just do not want to go back to complete the package deal I purchased.

GBFirst hydrafacial I was a little nervous to have my first ever facial but the manager, Chelsea, walked me through the whole process. We discussed different options and I decided to go with the hydrafacial at their E 56th St location since I was having a bad breakout. I was kind of skeptical before I got it done but now my skin looks amazing. I’ve already scheduled another for next month.

GBNot properly done Good that you stricktly do not double dip. However, the Brazilian waxing was done pioly, wayy too many hair were left (not because they were short, they were quite long, but simply because it was done badly) despite me saying twice that it wad not done properly
