I purchased a spray tan at their… I purchased a spray tan at their flatiron location and booked it for last saturday. I get a call the Thursday before telling me that they don't offer spray Tans at that location. I understand mistakes happen, so I ask them to please refund me for the spray tan as I can't use it. They tell me that they have a no refund policy and I will have to use it for another service. Apparently they are reaching out to corporate to see if I can get a refund but I'm positive no one is doing anything and I just lost $80. Its been over a week and I've heard nothing. Terrible.

I arrived to my appointment on time I arrived to my appointment on time. I was not sent a covid questionnaire before my visit. I was told, I had to complete the questionnaire before getting my facial, but I was not told the time I used to complete the questionnaire was being deducted from my appointment. When I was ready for my facial, I was told I only had 20 minutes. The woman that did my facial did not do the power peel. She rubbed some cream on my face missing much areas of my face and wiped it off with tissue. I feel I was robbed. Poor customer service. And so 😡 upset, I did not say anything to anyone and did not leave a tip and just do not want to go back to complete the package deal I purchased.

Melody was just fabulous! Melody was just fabulous! She was very professional/friendly and she did a fantastic job doing my full leg laser hair removal. This salon is clean, stylish, and has excellent equipment. Melody did a fantastic job explaining the entire procedure to me as well as what to expect next. My legs look great and there's absolutely no pain. I'll be returning for another laser session next month with Melody.

The experience was amazing The experience was amazing. I had my first deep tissue massage by a male masseur named Angelo and he didn't make me feel uncomfortable. He did a thorough job getting all my trouble areas. I definitely recommend this Spa and Angelo

I loved my facial and peel. I love it!!! I have never ever received the facial I received on Wednesday October 4th. I believe her name is Bianca, She walked me through every step of the facial, let me know that my skin is oily and gave me wonderful advice on taking care of my face. When I left my face was so clean and beautiful. I will return.
