GBI loved my facial and peel. I love it!!! I have never ever received the facial I received on Wednesday October 4th. I believe her name is Bianca, She walked me through every step of the facial, let me know that my skin is oily and gave me wonderful advice on taking care of my face. When I left my face was so clean and beautiful. I will return.

GB10/10 recommend When I did my first ever facial at Skin Spa, the employees were so nice and Evelynn did an amazing job taking me step-by-step during my facial since it was my first time. The facial was so relaxing and calm, I completely recommend this place. It is also a Medi-Spa which I think is pretty important information. Scheduling my appointments is also such a breeze! You cannot go wrong when you go the Skin Spa.

GBI arrived to my appointment on time I arrived to my appointment on time. I was not sent a covid questionnaire before my visit. I was told, I had to complete the questionnaire before getting my facial, but I was not told the time I used to complete the questionnaire was being deducted from my appointment. When I was ready for my facial, I was told I only had 20 minutes. The woman that did my facial did not do the power peel. She rubbed some cream on my face missing much areas of my face and wiped it off with tissue. I feel I was robbed. Poor customer service. And so 😡 upset, I did not say anything to anyone and did not leave a tip and just do not want to go back to complete the package deal I purchased.
