Placed order on 12/18 Placed order on 12/18. rcvd ack. on 12/19 rcvd message stating due holiday schedule NO. shipments until after 1/6 due closure. Tben got msg stating Fedex issued pckup order on 12/18 for pickup on 12/27 for est delivery on 12/30. Fedex had no record of pickup until I caled on 12/30 afternoon & foud closed until 1/6. Left uncomplimentary mesage about "service". Two hoirs later Fedex said just picked up machine est del 1/2. Arrived!!! Well packaged. Clean. Works. Lousy customer interface (auto computer input???)

I would recommend this business to anyone with oxygen needs. I might add that this was my second experience with Oxygen Plus. More than five years ago I purchased a refurbished concentrator that is still going strong. The portable concentrator I bought this time is efficient and easy to operate.

I ordered an oxygen concentrator and… I ordered an oxygen concentrator and compressor to refill portable tanks. All came in about 4 days in perfect condition very securely wrapped. Excellent communication from company Received instruction manuals to download via email several days prior to receiving order. Received email when order shipped and tracking #. Their website is easy to navigate and prices are listed so you can easily shop and compare for your needs. Overall this was a good shopping experience and I would highly recommend this company.

Oxygen Medical went way out of their way to correct the issue for me. My concentrator is repaired now and running like new. They were knowledgable, accomodating & professional.
