I’m still waiting for an item that was ordered (Not Hargreaves’s) in the UK & still to arrive. Speaks volumes

Corrected review I previously wrote an erroneous review, and apologize for the mix-up. I got my vendors confused and the other problem has been resolved. I am very happy with Hargrave's service - it was accurate, prompt, and I was able to order a product that has been otherwise hard to find. Thank you Hargraves and I apologize, again, for my error!

I ordered the wrong item by mistake and… I ordered the wrong item by mistake and immediately canceled the order within 10 minutes of realizing it and was told I could not cancel as it was already getting ready to ship. I don't believe that is true, I never got a confirmation of the order yet. So, the item came, was directed to refuse the mail and my account would be credited once returned if unopened. Well, I did that, and still did not see a refund. Poor practice! I will never order from them again or refer them.

Excellent supplier I often buy triple antibiotic cream from Hargraves and I have never been disappointed by the product, its cost,or its delivery. Of course, as an overseas customer (U.K.) the delivery is slower than for someone in the U.S.A. or Canada but Hargraves website warns me about that and the time taken is still acceptable since I cannot buy the product over the counter in my own country. I should also mention that the packaging is perfectly adequate. All told, I have no complaints and I will continue to use this supplier.

Best price, quick delivery. When I was running low on an OTC product I use regularly, and didn't want to go into drug stores, because of Covid 19, I shopped online for a good price. Hargraves had it! I found ordering easy and was pleasantly surprised with how quickly my order arrived. I have ordered refills again from them... and will continue to do that!
