I ordered 2 tubes of Rugby eye… I ordered 2 tubes of Rugby eye ointment, paid for 2 tubes of eye ointment and only received 1 tube. I immediately sent an email as provided on their website, same day as delivery of tube. It was a Saturday, 3-23-24. Sent a 2nd email on Monday, 3-25-24. I have provided them with 2 full regular working days to respond, and have not received a response of any sort. I want the 2nd tube I paid for sent, I am not asking for a refund. It appears this company does not respond to issues. Review will be updated as appropriate.

Best price, quick delivery. When I was running low on an OTC product I use regularly, and didn't want to go into drug stores, because of Covid 19, I shopped online for a good price. Hargraves had it! I found ordering easy and was pleasantly surprised with how quickly my order arrived. I have ordered refills again from them... and will continue to do that!

Delivered and operates as advertised! Ordering, shipping, and delivery were fast and problem free. Box arrived in very good condition. Coffee maker was well packed and performs flawlessly. We don't use the supplied carbon filter since we have very good water. Everyday paper filters work fine. We would buy this unit again!

Poor Customer Service Ordered a product for delivery to the UK. Product was delivered to another address 100 miles away. Royal Mail say only the sender can query delivery. Have tried to contact Hargraves using 3 different methods (contact page on website, info@ and contact@ email addresses) and they have not replied to any of them. Poor service. I will be happy to amend this review if the issue is resolved.
