AUThe online team is unhelpful The online team is unhelpful. I want to send 20 tubes of Rugby sidium chloride 5% eye ointment to my brother who resides overseas via MYUS.com ( a logistic agent in NY ) . Sent an email to customer service before X'mas and asked if a team member can unbox all the tubes and pack them into small box so the package wil get dropped off by the unit if my brother is not home instead of being taken to the post office which is not open on Saturday. No reply at all. Thought I might have got the email address wrong, and resend message again. Got a reply saying they don't ship to overseas desepite the fact that I stated clearly in my email that i intend to use MYUS.com to ship the order !!!! I explained the reason for my request to unbox the tubes again but in the end, there is no reply still. Very unhelpful staff and extremely poor service, stay away from them. I hope the owner gets to read this review so he knows how his employee treats his customer.

GBFast delivery! I found a hard to find, in stock, eye ointment, at Hargraves! I also found another eye item for half the cost that I usually pay. I would definitely shop here again. I was especially surprised at how quickly my delivery arrived! Shop Hargraves, you won’t be disappointed!

GBI ordered the wrong item by mistake and… I ordered the wrong item by mistake and immediately canceled the order within 10 minutes of realizing it and was told I could not cancel as it was already getting ready to ship. I don't believe that is true, I never got a confirmation of the order yet. So, the item came, was directed to refuse the mail and my account would be credited once returned if unopened. Well, I did that, and still did not see a refund. Poor practice! I will never order from them again or refer them.
