Nature Made Zinc 30mg I received the brand new, sealed product in great condition and am very grateful Hargraves had this when no one else did. Shipping was fast and had great tracking updates. Zinc is a good supplement in helping strengthen the immune system and I will order again.

The online team is unhelpful The online team is unhelpful. I want to send 20 tubes of Rugby sidium chloride 5% eye ointment to my brother who resides overseas via MYUS.com ( a logistic agent in NY ) . Sent an email to customer service before X'mas and asked if a team member can unbox all the tubes and pack them into small box so the package wil get dropped off by the unit if my brother is not home instead of being taken to the post office which is not open on Saturday. No reply at all. Thought I might have got the email address wrong, and resend message again. Got a reply saying they don't ship to overseas desepite the fact that I stated clearly in my email that i intend to use MYUS.com to ship the order !!!! I explained the reason for my request to unbox the tubes again but in the end, there is no reply still. Very unhelpful staff and extremely poor service, stay away from them. I hope the owner gets to read this review so he knows how his employee treats his customer.

Corrected review I previously wrote an erroneous review, and apologize for the mix-up. I got my vendors confused and the other problem has been resolved. I am very happy with Hargrave's service - it was accurate, prompt, and I was able to order a product that has been otherwise hard to find. Thank you Hargraves and I apologize, again, for my error!

Delivered and operates as advertised! Ordering, shipping, and delivery were fast and problem free. Box arrived in very good condition. Coffee maker was well packed and performs flawlessly. We don't use the supplied carbon filter since we have very good water. Everyday paper filters work fine. We would buy this unit again!

Long Time Extremely Satisfied Customer I've been using Hargraves for quite a while now and I've never been unsatisfied with anything they do. They have cost-effective prices and such a large variety of OTC medication that you can find just about anything you're looking for. The shipping is nice because you can track your order easily. I would highly recommend anyone to use Hargraves if you don't want to go to a pharmacy just to get your medication. Just have it shipped "right to your door", as the saying goes. 11 out of 10 keep doing a great job and I thank you for making my life easier.
