I have been very happy I have been very happy with the interaction and help that I have received from Cheryl, the online PT that has helped guide me through some painful injuries. Besides having knee issues, I have been dealing with IT band, hip and achilles tendinitis for over a year and Cheryl has sent me some videos to help ease some of my pain and stiffness to help get me moving better. She even guided me with some other exercises while I was seeing a PT that my dr ordered. Between seeing my own PT and Cheryl I am feeling a lot better than I did before, so thank you for offering this service.

I believe that this is a good program… I believe that this is a good program with helpful people.In my case I have very bad back pain and the program did not help the pain.

Angela was wonderful Angela was wonderful. She gave me many good ideas. I don't think there is much hope of improvement with my condition. I have good days and bad, depending on my activity.

I had great contact with my support… I had great contact with my support person. Always checking in with how I am doing, to giving me exercises and advise on what things I should be doing to strengthen my feet.
