GBOverpriced for what you get The sign-up process is a little misleading. The moment you create an account you start getting billed, so be ready to jump right in the moment you click the link. The video exercises are no different than what you can find on YouTube. The daily "diary" (you list your hours of sleep, amount of water you drank, how many servings of veggies you ate, and which exercises you did) doesn't really help. It's a good practice, but I can do that for free on my own. If you are willing to use the chat/instant messaging feature back and forth with the PT doc every single day and ask questions and engage constantly to insist on getting more out of the service, then maybe it's worth the time and the cost. Otherwise all you get is "how are you feeling today?" and "great job, keep up the good work." Overall I think this service is expensive for what you get, and what you get is not particularly helpful. How about a weekly Zoom video call with the PT doc? I think there's lots of room for this company to make positive changes and offer a genuinely good online service. A pandemic is the perfect time to re-evaluate the business model going forward.

GBHelpful program - with caveats My coach was excellent - knowledgable, compassionate, and flexible. She also stayed in touch on a daily basis. My only concern with this program is my overall concern with video - a physical condition will always benefit from in-person consultation. A therapist pressing in a certain area or feeling the restraint on specific joints/muscles will always be more informative than anything I might report online. Also, even paying rapt attention to a video, I might be missing some of the finer points and thereby not doing the exercises optimally.

GBGreat motivation! This has been a great service and good source of motivation to be doing the exercises prescribed for my back pain. My pain is greatly reduced and my back and surrounding area is now a lot stronger thanks to these exercises.

GBCheryl has been awesome with keeping me… Cheryl has been awesome with keeping me on track. She is excellent - give her a raise! I only wish that other exercises that I do outside of the list that was given to me, could be added when I do my daily report.
