GBIn the lowest point of my life Dr In the lowest point of my life Dr. Jantz and his entire team welcomed me with open arms. From the initial phone call to discharge I was cared for all along the way. It was such a wonderful experience that there was part of me that didn't want to leave. The care, community and hope that exist there is a product of their love for the clients. I would wholeheartedly recommend The Center to anyone who is struggling. I without reservation or hesitation recommend The Center.

GBI learned a lot at the Center and gained new life skills. I spent 4 weeks at The Center and learned a lot while I was there. The DBT classes were very helpful, as well as classes in Women's Anger, Grief and Loss, and Boundaries. I enjoyed the individual therapy sessions as well. Thank you to everyone who helped me to have a great experience, especially Renee.

GBDifficult but definitely worth it! I would definitely recommend this to anyone who is seriously struggling with mental illnesses of most any kind. It was one of the hardest thing I've ever chosen to do and it was absolutely worth it. I learned things there that have helped me control worry, anxiety, and especially depression far better than anything else. The only caveat is that if you choose to live in one of their free (and pretty nice, as I understand) housing units, they are very controlling. They restrict what you're allowed to bring and will actually take electronics from you for a week or more. Appallingly, the admissions team will lie constantly during the intake process about the rules for their housing units in order for them to seem less unreasonable. Despite this, I strongly recommend this place, especially if you decide to live away from their housing units.

GBThe Center - a place of hope and healing! If you are struggling with depression, addiction, or an eating disorder you will find caring, supportive professionals in Dr. Gregg Jantz and his team. It really is a place of hope! The Center's approach of healing mind, body, and soul will set you on a path to wellness and freedom. The location in the charming town of Edmonds on the beautiful Puget Sound is a bonus!

GBHope My experience with the center is one that lead me down a path of compassion, to learn more about myself and to learn skills to help reshape my life and my interaction with others. I am thankful for a staff that cared for me and believed in me. The name a place of hope is one that fits the Center perfectly.
