First time prescriptions I do not have an American Express Card so I couldn’t charge a prescription and I tried to upload a check which didn’t work, so after much time trying I finally sent a voided check in the mail. In all it took a month and then I had to wait to get the prescription from London. There has to be a faster method, my cat could have died waiting for his asthma medicine. I did get a lot of customer service reps calling to ask me how it was going, but nobody seemed to be able to help me.

Usually everyone on the phone is quite… Usually everyone on the phone is quite helpful. However I spent almost $1,000 on medication and it was supposed to arrive anytime between the 2nd of February and the 20th ,and it's still not here on the 11th. And it does not have tracking! Apparently you have to pay $10 more for that. No one told me. I would have gladly paid that. Seems crazy with something that expensive, not to have Tracking included. The package finally arrived on February 21st, the day after President's day.

Staff is very helpful and friendly Staff is very helpful, friendly and knowledgeable. They took my order over the phone with no hitches. My only complaint is that I don't understand what they are saying because I have a hearing problem and have difficulty understanding the female voice.
