When I speak with an employee, he or she has always been courteous and helpful. And the chat service is also very helpful.

However I spent almost $1,000 on medication and it was supposed to arrive anytime between the 2nd of February and the 20th ,and it's still not here on the 11th. And it does not have tracking! Apparently you have to pay $10 more for that. No one told me. I would have gladly paid that. Seems crazy with something that expensive, not to have Tracking included. The package finally arrived on February 21st, the day after President's day.
