My credit card was charged immediately, I received an order confirmation but nothing more, not an update on order or delivery status, NOTHING. I emailed and called to inquire and got NO RESPONSE WHATSOEVER. I finally had to resort to disputing the charge with my credit card company. Your product was great up until this transaction. Extremely disappointing after I had referred several friends to your product line.
