I never received my order I never received my order. Order placed in early June, now the end of August and never received anything yet I was billed for my purchase. I tried contacting the company multiple times and no response. Still never got a refund, nor my purchase.

SCAM WEBSITE! do not use Avoid this website and do not use them. My last order was never received til date. A scam website. Avoid them and use weed vapestore@ gmail.com to get quality product and fast delivery. Best online Company

I posted this information on your Facebook page. Others responded with similar situations. Are you out of business? Can you refund my money? ThoughtCloud processed my payment immediately. Should I report ThoughtCloud to the BBB?

Company has gone under and still taking money! My subscription was charged in June and the transaction is still pending, so hasn't been shipped. I rang a company in the same building as I've sent several messages, tried to fb message etc and they said Thoughtcloud has stopped trading, taking off with money and not sending products! Unbelievable, you should be ashamed and refund all the money you have stolen immediately

I still have not received my order from… I still have not received my order from June 10th, I kept trying to send an email but your email address no longer exists. I also have communicated through the order platform with no reply. I no longer want that order and would like my money refunded. I have found a new place to order from, my dog has very bad seizures and can not be without his drops for a day. The order before that came with leaking bottles that I also informed you about but got no reply. I'm very disappointed because I have been ordering from you for years!!
