Do not order from this website This company has obviously gone belly up. Money deducted from credit card and product never supplied. I'm wondering if a scam has taken over the site. Email is defunct. Their chat help never responds. Someone needs to take this website down as it continues to take peoples money. Sad Thoughcloud was awesome now it's just a rort.

I posted this information on your Facebook page. Others responded with similar situations. Are you out of business? Can you refund my money? ThoughtCloud processed my payment immediately. Should I report ThoughtCloud to the BBB?

Company has gone under and still taking money! My subscription was charged in June and the transaction is still pending, so hasn't been shipped. I rang a company in the same building as I've sent several messages, tried to fb message etc and they said Thoughtcloud has stopped trading, taking off with money and not sending products! Unbelievable, you should be ashamed and refund all the money you have stolen immediately
