They sure processed my payment pretty quick. Emailed them, no response. Raised a support ticket, no response. I’m hoping that I just didn’t give away $200 plus dollars to this place. Still holding out hope, but not much after reading a few of these reviews.

Worst company to deal with returns and… Worst company to deal with returns and refunds. No one ever answers the phone on the website and their branch office that they state is in California is not. Try to return an unacceptable item and it took weeks before they respond. After getting the runaround, they decided to either give 50% refund and keep the unacceptable item or send the item back to Vietnam. The cost of shipping. The item back to them is more than the is worth. Would’ve been better off buying through Amazon. At least refunds in returns are easy and without question. This is not worth the aggravation.
