GBITEM NEVER RECEIVED - NO SUPPORT OFFERED Do not purchase from this website. I purchased a rug and never received a receipt, my card was charged and item never arrived. Submitted a support ticket on their website which was never responded to. I emailed twice which was finally responded to but refused to help me without an order number from the receipt I never received. Would not look up order number with all of the other order information I provided them (name, address, order date at total, credit card number, etc.) Having to file a dispute with my credit card to get my money back. Horrible customer service, horrible company.

GBOrdered rug 2 weeks ago Ordered rug 2 weeks ago. Payed extra for faster delivery minus processing time. Rug is still processing. How long does processing actually take. They sure processed my payment pretty quick. Emailed them, no response. Raised a support ticket, no response. I’m hoping that I just didn’t give away $200 plus dollars to this place. Still holding out hope, but not much after reading a few of these reviews.

GBwas hesitant about buying a rug online was hesitant about buying a rug online, but this purchase turned out to be fantastic. The rug arrived on time, and it's even more stunning in person. It truly ties the room together.

GBOrdered a rug February 28th and it… Ordered a rug February 28th and it hasn’t even been shipped yet. Sent an email and got no response. Called their contact number and it went to a voicemail. Now opened a complaint ticket and waiting to hear back. It’s funny how customers who give them a good review on here get a 20% off coupon from the company, but the customers with complaints basically get a 🖕🏼. Update****** Finally received my rug and it’s garbage. It’s not even a rug. It’s the type of pad you put down in the back of your SUV to set stuff on top of. The quality is horrible. Never again!!!
