GBThis is my first time ordering contact and there is a delay in my delivery. This is my first time ordering contact lenses from OptiContacts. Unfortunately, it has been over a week and my contacts have not arrived yet. I called customer service last week and they were very apologetic. They offered to credit me the $12.95 shipping fee for the delay in the shipment by the USPS. My shipment still has not arrived so I contacted customer service again today. I explained that I was very upset by the delay in shipment and that I need my contact's ASAP because I need to wear them for my job. Dennis was very helpful and is shipping a box of contacts to me free of charge, expedited shipping, to hold me over until my original order arrives. He also told me to contact them next week if the order has not arrived by then and customer service will investigate with the USPS to see where the package is. When I called today I was rather frustrated, but Dennis was very patient, professional, and dealt with the problem to my satisfaction. Hopefully, the contacts will be delivered soon.

GBI had an issue with a discount offer… I had an issue with a discount offer being applied to my order after I had already paid. Tony B was very helpful and was quick to fix the issue. He had amazing customer service. Grateful for his help :)

GBSuperb customer service Well, my eye doctor made an ERROR and the wrong contacts were sent. Robert guided me through the process of mailing back the wrong contacts, contacting the doctor to get the correct information and shipping the correct contacts. I am very appreciative. He was excellent and you should be very proud to have him as a star employee. As a result of all this, I will continue to use Opticontacts.
