GBSo Many Promises Not Kept So many promises, not a single one kept. Wholesale Processing representatives promised we would not pay any fees -- that the fee is passed on to the customer (lie). Said there was a work around so a fee wasn't charged on a NC state inspection $13.60 charge (lie). Said they would set-up a prompt for online purchases that there would be a fee (lie) -- I was just told by customer service to increase what we charge by 4% -- that they don't set-up prompts to charge the 4% fee. I sent multiple emails to their riskteam email address the past few weeks and not a single response was received. I finally called them this morning and was told they hadn't received an email from me since April 4th (lie). I sent one April 5th, April 8th and April 16th, which I forwarded to the clientservices email. I truly regret switching to Wholesale Payments and will be filing a complaint with CFPB.
