He came to our home and explained the product, pricing and installation process. when he left we had a quote for a curved lift for our front staircase. Chris and Brian were our installers and they did a great job installing the lift and explaining how the system worked. We were very pleased with the process.

GBKept My Aunt's Independence July 2023, my 93 year old aunt was admitted to a rehab hospital in Whitestone, Queens and in order for her to return home and gain the independence that is vital for her to have, I called Stannah Stairlifts and spoke to Will. From that first call to the installation, everything happened exactly how Will said, and for the price. Best of all, my aunt returned home and she loves it and is on it everyday doing what she does -- lives independently! The lift itself is also superb.

He was very professional and answered all our questions. The next day he was at our home to take measurements and determine if a Stannah Stairlift could be installed. David gave us an estimate and information so we could make a decision. We accepted and within a week Max was at our home for installation. Max is so professional, knowledgeable, kind, respectful and the fastest installer ever! It was a pleasure to do business with Stannah. The staff is fantastic. Thank you for your wonderful service.

GBThe experience was great because the… The experience was great because the installation went well and I learned how to use the inside stairlift. Now that the weather has improved I will also learn how to use the outside lift. I am disappointed that Stannah has not followed through and paid the $200 to the person who recommended Stannah to us. GBGood equipment - terrible service!!! Helpful and vigorous salesperson. Installation went well. But, all downhill from there - service at best very poor. Stopped working on first day - called at 5:15pm, told they didn't work at night. Turned system off, restarted about 3 hours later oK. Set up appointment for minor fix of initial installation problem. Service person showed up 50 minutes late, never called in advance. Set another date - no one showed up this time at all. Called NY office and they said MA would check into it and call back. No call back. Nice equipment; awful service.
