Company went out of their wsy to make… Company went out of their wsy to make sure the stairlift was installed prior to me getting home from rehab. They only had 3 days notice. The installer, Jose. Was very courteous and professional. He took the time to explain everything to my husband and answered all of his questions. Very happy with experience and would highly recommend company.

Others said it couldn't be done Stannah was able to install a stairlift where another company said it couldn't be done. It was essential for me, and Stannah came through. The installer was professional and explained everything thoroughly. A solid piece of equipment I feel safe riding.

Fantastic service and staff I am completely satisfied with this company. They were so informative and quick from my first online inquiry. David called within minutes of the online inquiry I made. He was very professional and answered all our questions. The next day he was at our home to take measurements and determine if a Stannah Stairlift could be installed. David gave us an estimate and information so we could make a decision. We accepted and within a week Max was at our home for installation. BUYER BEWARE BUYER BEWARE! yes i signed a contract for six months with Stannah Stairlifts, however after two weeks my elderly mother with severe dementia developed a fear of going on the chair to the shower room. She rode it twice and after that it was horrible crying and fear. On Dec 12, 2023 i paid $3,135 for the six months rent. money is tight for us. i asked if i could return the chair and pay a percentage... no way! im stuck walking around the chair to get up and down the stairs. it just sits, a $3,135.00 obstruction. no help. They offered to come and get it, but i still was paying the full price. so i keep it, so they can not rent it out. sad.... mark 781.775.0571
