Was very courteous and professional. He took the time to explain everything to my husband and answered all of his questions. Very happy with experience and would highly recommend company.

He was very professional and answered all our questions. The next day he was at our home to take measurements and determine if a Stannah Stairlift could be installed. He came to our home and explained the product, pricing and installation process. when he left we had a quote for a curved lift for our front staircase. Chris and Brian were our installers and they did a great job installing the lift and explaining how the system worked. We were very pleased with the process.

Kept My Aunt's Independence July 2023, my 93 year old aunt was admitted to a rehab hospital in Whitestone, Queens and in order for her to return home and gain the independence that is vital for her to have, I called Stannah Stairlifts and spoke to Will. From that first call to the installation, everything happened exactly how Will said, and for the price. Best of all, my aunt returned home and she loves it and is on it everyday doing what she does -- lives independently! The lift itself is also superb.
