Great I have tried several times with amazon to get a cpap tube with connectors on the end to help remove from the machine so I could clean it, and I never could get one with the connectors on it to help make it easier to take off instead of pulling it off. I finally found one maybe a little much but they do really help when you really don't have the strength to pull them off to wash everyday! Thank you

I then placed my order via SistemmaCPAP.com the next day and it arrived by USPS Priority Mail on Thursday. Along the way Stephen contacted me to ensure I had everything I needed and he was responsive to a request for my insurance pre-certification. Excellent customer experience that I wish was the standard today.

Despite Webpage Problems, good Customer Service Due to a problem with the webpage, I was unable to log into my account to place an order. After numerous attempts to change password and confirm email there was no success. I did chat with a representative and ended up checking out as a guest, and it finally allowed me through the process. Once order was complete, item was shipped and I recieved about a week later via USPS priority.
