GBBest caring customer service I spoke to a rep the day after I ordered my massage chair. It was great to speak to such a positive human being. I wish I had asked him for his name. I spoke to him around noon, on Wednesday, April 3, 2024. Maybe Bernard? As I received an email from him. If it is him, he is such an awesome rep for the company. He answered all of my concerns with enthusiasm and put me at ease, regarding my online purchase the night before. I can’t wait for my massage chair to get here!

Great follow up from the company making sure everything was good. Would definitely recommend this company if you’re in the market for a massage chair.

GBGreat relaxing chair The Kyota Chair has really been awesome, my wife and I use it almost daily. We did have some trouble with the delivery company, but eventually they worked it out and once they got it delivered and assembled, it has been very relaxing.

GBI was able to text with a real person I was able to text with a person, not AI, and then give them a call. Tell them my price range and tell them the height and weight of people in the family so they can help me choose the right chair. Great customer serve and they also have military discount.

GBJust ordered the chair Just ordered the chair. The whole process was very easy. My salesman was very helpful and a pleasure to work with. He explained the whole ordering process and made sure that I understood what was happening. I did check out their competition, when I called the phone rang about 6-8 times before somebody answered on a speakerphone (not exactly professional). I called the Massage Chair Store and they answered on the second ring and answered very professionally. I do recommend this company.
