GBBest caring customer service I spoke to a rep the day after I ordered my massage chair. It was great to speak to such a positive human being. I wish I had asked him for his name. I spoke to him around noon, on Wednesday, April 3, 2024. Maybe Bernard? As I received an email from him. If it is him, he is such an awesome rep for the company. He answered all of my concerns with enthusiasm and put me at ease, regarding my online purchase the night before. I can’t wait for my massage chair to get here!

GBBernie the salesperson was very helpful… Bernie the salesperson was very helpful in the over the phone sale and description of the chair. It is working well and has exceeded our imagined value. The white glove delivery was not a good experience though. They scratched the chair badly while getting it into the house and they fumbled with the assembly actually mixing up components from another chair and then having to disassemble and reassemble with the correct parts.

GBI was able to text with a real person I was able to text with a person, not AI, and then give them a call. Tell them my price range and tell them the height and weight of people in the family so they can help me choose the right chair. Great customer serve and they also have military discount.
