HOA Express is the best!!! HOA Express is the best!!! I can't say enough about HOA Express!!! Not only was it super easy to understand (and I'm not tech savvy), but the finished product is beautiful! Prior to our paid subscription, I had subscribed to "trial" periods for roughly 6 other HOA website templates. I was so impressed with the ease of use and the various options for creating unlimited pages within the website! What really hooked me was the fast response from IT!!! Their explanations to my questions are clearly spelled out, and many times include GIFs to support their explanation! With the help of HOA Express, we've been able to create a website that is clean, useful, and aesthetically pleasing! Our residents absolutely love the website!!! Honestly, HOA Express is far superior to any other HOA website template out there and I can see why they've been one of the premier HOA sites since 2011!

Very good website development tool for the price The software is very easy to use, the templates are attractive and the customer support is top-notch. The only shortcoming of the software is the management of resident information. I am the admin for an HOA community of 200 residents and I seem to spend over 95% of my time dealing resident data issues. I wish HOA_Express would make improvements in that area and also give admin more control of data. Lastly, the price for the software is very affordable.

HOA Express support has been excellent, very responsive and flexible with intuitive site admin portal and well written help documentation.

Small 55 plus community loves it As the web master (by default since I am a retired computer company program manager) for our very small 42 unit 55 plus condo community, we needed an easy to set up and use web site. HOA Express filled that need and more and for very little impact on our HOA dues. Most used pages are the community directory, calendar, blast communications and parking lot folders for our financial and committee reports. the community directory makes creating hard copy versions of the directory easy and greatly appreciated by older residents who are still happier using a "telephone book" to call their neighbors. The calendar makes condo community event posting easy and individuals who wish to reserve the club house post their claim to the resource there as well. Reaching all residents quickly is a snap with blast communications, and i have given privileges to all residents to use this feature. Finally, all legal and important documents are filed in folders on the web site for all residents to review if desired. I am only using a few of the features offered since our community is so small, but love the overall ease of use, and the positive impact it makes on our community.
