HOA Express is the best!!! HOA Express is the best!!! I can't say enough about HOA Express!!! Not only was it super easy to understand (and I'm not tech savvy), but the finished product is beautiful! Prior to our paid subscription, I had subscribed to "trial" periods for roughly 6 other HOA website templates. I was so impressed with the ease of use and the various options for creating unlimited pages within the website! What really hooked me was the fast response from IT!!! Their explanations to my questions are clearly spelled out, and many times include GIFs to support their explanation! With the help of HOA Express, we've been able to create a website that is clean, useful, and aesthetically pleasing! Our residents absolutely love the website!!! Honestly, HOA Express is far superior to any other HOA website template out there and I can see why they've been one of the premier HOA sites since 2011!

Recommend HOA Express Our HOA has used HOA Express to host our website since 2013. We found it very easy to set up, and it has been very easy to administer. HOA Express is continuously improving its product and is responsive to customer needs. Emails for support are always answered in a reasonable amount of time. We recommend it.

Very good website development tool for the price The software is very easy to use, the templates are attractive and the customer support is top-notch. The only shortcoming of the software is the management of resident information. I am the admin for an HOA community of 200 residents and I seem to spend over 95% of my time dealing resident data issues. I wish HOA_Express would make improvements in that area and also give admin more control of data. Lastly, the price for the software is very affordable.

Very poor customer service. They are afraid to speak to the customer. I am the web developer for an association of over 300 HOAs in Arizona. I have been developing HOA websites for over a year using hoa-express. I have found the recent support to be very slow. I receive glib answers which only make the issue worse. I have chosen to no longer utilize their services.

Excellent product extremely easy Excellent product extremely easy/simple to configure and set up a full blown trial prototype. Board and members are very enthusiastic for new site launch coming soon. HOA Express support has been excellent, very responsive and flexible with intuitive site admin portal and well written help documentation.
