GBSo happy to have discovered Mood… So happy to have discovered Mood Health. I love both of my therapists (friendly, professional, easy to communicate with and they have great follow up). Doing therapy by Zoom is almost better than going into an office.

GBI was referred to mood by my doctor… I was referred to mood by my doctor that was back in last summer of 23 and I had one appointment and I missed it. I never heard back from them. I tried to reach out. They never reached back and I never got the therapy that I needed and I’m still looking for a therapist and being that I’m on Medi-Cal I’m limited to my resources and I just feel that if this is a virtual therapy that they should try to reach out a little bit more to be able to try to help people Instead of not responding or if they did maybe it’s the wrong email but they have my phone number. They could’ve called many different ways to get in contact with me and they didn’t so it’s very displeasing when you’re out there trying to look for help.

GBI am truly disappointed with Mood I am truly disappointed with Mood. I received numerous emails about my session. First, asking me questions about my insurance and assuring me that my insurance was accepted. After my initial session I received a charge and when I called all they said was well that's too bad and we are giving you a discounted rate. This is deceiving and not professional.

GBPositive experience My primary care doctor referred my to Mood because I was struggling with depression and reluctant to see a tradition psychiatrist. I had tried meds before and had little success. Right away, I preferred the privacy of meeting with her online. I felt like she did a great job of assessing my lifestyle and needs. She started me meds and it took several weeks before I started to feel better, but once we got the dosage right I felt like a different person. The fog had lifted.

GBFast and Simple I was discouraged by my previous healthcare providers because each call would direct me to automated messages for at least 15-30 minutes. Once I got through to an actual person, my appointments would be set 2-3 months later. With Mood, I'm able to make my appointment and talk to a psychologist easily. Getting a prescription a very simple process too. Now that we're in a shelter in place lockdown, Mood has pulled through now more than ever.
