Great Experience I was skeptical about ketamine and taking it in an unmonitored manner, but Joyous has done their homework, providing tools for monitoring me daily as well as resources to help me at any time of day. I’m very grateful for this experience and would recommend it to anyone who’s considered ketamine daily treatment.

Terrible Customer Service They are awful. Some regulator will shut them down at some point but for now they can get away with just “text message support” which is BS. Half the time they don’t respond at all, which I’m not even sure is legal as a provider. If they can’t operate at the price point I’m sure people would be happy to pay a little more to talk to a real human and not a robot. When I reported my shipment that never arrived they want me to file a police report? Or you could just have an 800 number that I call like a normal company and not act like such a fraud and a scam operation. So irresponsible and negligent for a health care provider.

I trusted the process I trusted the process. All of the tools to help you are available if you choose to use them. All my questions were answered or explained. I was continually prompted by the team and always got an answer if you text Mon through Fri 9-5. Their system works.

Worried and Frustrated I never leave bad reviews, but I am desperate. I used Joyous just for a few months. The doctor I met with on Zoom was great, but I was unsure if the treatment was working for me. He explained that while it has helped many people, it may not be the best option for me. I chose to discontinue Joyous. You can’t cancel online. There is no way to call anyone. When you seek help for an issue on their site, it directs you to text or email. I did both but still haven’t spoken to anyone. I’ve been charged for many months without using the medication or speaking with anyone. Obviously, I have anxiety so this is stressful and I don’t know what to do. I gave up for awhile and just kept getting charged but now I am getting overdraft charges from my bank.

Changed my life Changed my life. I have been on antidepressants my entire life and still felt depressed though I was high functioning. I still suffered with suicidal thoughts and truly was never far from a very low point in my life. After 6 months on joyous it was a subtle change but I realized I hadn’t had a low point and then now it’s been over a year and I have still not had a low point. I am OFF antidepressants for the first time in over 30 yrs !! Thank you joyous for freeing me from the negative thoughts loop I was stuck in!! This is a miraculous drug and anyone who has depression should try it! But try it for 6 months as the change is subtle and it the true magic happens after 3 month mark!
