GBI love this treatment I love this treatment. I suffer with major depression and anxiety and feel great after being with joyous for a few months. If you're patient and follow the prescription, it may help you as much as it helped me. I think the slow process really helped.. easing into this slowly. Meditation was really big for me and helped tremendously.

GBThe only medicinal treatment that worked for me. I was clinically depressed for several years. I had anxiety, CPTSD, PTSD, trauma, grief, career troubles, identity crisis, frequent SI, a lot of stuff I needed to process and work through. I had been in therapy for about 3 years, and my doctor tried several antidepressants with me but nothing was helping me make any meaningful improvements. I was going back to school and taking classes in psychology and neuroscience at the time. What drew me to consider ketamine was the prospect of neurogenesis to help grow new neurons and create new neural pathways to essentially rewire my brain to alter my perceptions of trauma, etc... So, I tried Joyous, and after the first session I already felt better than I had on any antidepressants. The difference is that it helped me change my perceptions and continued to have a positive effect with no side effects, and I wasn't just numb either - I was genuinely happier, like a weight was being lifted off my shoulders. It took time and a lot of journaling along the way, but I wrote in a recent journal that I felt "so much lighter now than I have in a very long time". It sparked a memory of the first journal I'd written when I started treatment. They tell you to set an intention when taking your daily dose, and my very first intention was, "Everything feels so heavy, I just want to feel lighter". Mission accomplished :)
