Life Changing! I have rarely been satisied with online courses in the past, often feeling the claims made are never met. This definitely isn't the case for MoveU. The courses themselves start right at the basics and you can choose your own pace as you go. I must confess that I wasn't as committed as I should have been but still saw an incredible improvement in back pain, tiredness and overall mobility. The cost is also easily justified in long term savings - I started with the 6-month plan and recently took up the lifetime membership.

Awesome Info So helpful! Been through it all; doctors, X-rays, pills, therapy, massage, stretching, chiropractor, videos, books! I’m sure I have left something out. Finally info relevant and helpful. Breaks it down and gets it done with teaching and tutorials. Funny LOL moments and Katie is such a great instructor. Awesome stuff

Totally worth the subscription. Learning how to use my core made me realize I've been doing some exercises wrong (such as plank) for YEARS

Terrible customer service Terrible customer service. Everyone disappears the second you mention the word refund. Been waiting two weeks to even get a reply email! Website mentions that you will get account renewal emails, didn’t happen. Happy to take your money and run and not have the decency to reply when you’re trying to cancel your membership.
