AUMade my shoulder injury worse Made my shoulder injury worse. Went to see a physio who agreed that the exercises in the Move u program would have worsened my injury. When I told Move u they said that the program isn’t designed for people with injuries, but is just for the ‘general public’

GBCanceled subscription but it self… Canceled subscription but it self renewed anyway and the move u team refused to refund my money. Ps Despite what the auto reply claims below i cancelled prior to the initial sub ending and had to do so again after it charged again with notice

GBThe moveu intro song is implanted INTO… The moveu intro song is implanted INTO MY SKULL! I keep hearing it over and over again! Other than the catchy intro, very educational, and an amazing program. Totally worth the subscription. Learning how to use my core made me realize I've been doing some exercises wrong (such as plank) for YEARS

GB12 months of pain resolved in 3 weeks 12 months of pain resolved or at least massively improved (early days yet) within 3 weeks...and I'll be really honest Ive not even fully committed to it every day. I've spent thousands on physios, sports injury experts, massage, chiros and 3 weeks of a roughly £30 subscription has sorted it with a COMPLETELY untailored program. The beauty of what they teach is absolutely nothing is specific to you.......therefore you can be confident they aren't making a mistake in your diganosis. Everyone benefits from all programs because you're aligning you entire body. Therefore referred pain is being dealt with along with direct problem areas as well as preemptively stoping future problems. And if it matters to you.....it's really not presented in a boring like many such things. They must put so much effort into making this as fun as possible Lots to watch. Can feel overwhelming but if you put aimlessly scrolling tiktok down for an half an hour a day you'll smash it no problem

GBAwesome Info So helpful! Been through it all; doctors, X-rays, pills, therapy, massage, stretching, chiropractor, videos, books! I’m sure I have left something out. Finally info relevant and helpful. Breaks it down and gets it done with teaching and tutorials. Funny LOL moments and Katie is such a great instructor. Awesome stuff
