GBRemoved my membership I told these clowns to delete my credit card because they couldn't stop freaking charging it and they removed my PAID MEMBERSHIP AND CANCELED MY APPOINTMENT YET AGAIN! Edit: Doesn't seem like these canned responses are doing any good. Shocking to see done more preoccupied with submitting fake reviews instead of resolving all these complaints for good.

GBImpossible to cancel membership & crappy sevice I’ve been trying to cancel my membership for almost a week now and support keeps giving me the run around. They keep trying to charge my card when I paused my membership already and now the won’t cancel it at all. I had a terrible rude provider and would never recommend or use this online service again. Crappy service.

GBWORST Experience Ever. I'm not one to leave bad reviews but if I could give this company negative stars I would. Done is a scam. They tried to charge $500 dollars to my account before I even got a prescription or had a consultation. Then, I asked for my account to be canceled and I was assured it was, until MONTHS later I got texts and emails saying they were trying to charge my account again. Do not trust this company. Run.

GBThis is my 3rd negative review of Done This is my 3rd negative review of Done. I first tried in ‘22. I spent 20 minutes with a clinician during my first week. Six months later, I needed a question answered and it took my clinician 2 weeks to answer, so I posted here and cancelled. In august of 23, I guessed they might have gotten the communication bugs fixed, so I signed up again. I didn’t hear from anyone for several days, and there is literally no way to solicit any help from their mobile site. I posted negatively here and was matched with a provider within three hours. (Their support staff on this site is 200x more responsive than their actual service providers. Be aware.) This provider cut my dose (that I’ve taken for 15 years) from 30mgs to 10mgs. She didn’t tell me she was cutting my dose in the meeting. I found out at the pharmacy. Cue another 2-3 days of communication trying to get it fixed and the provider refusing. I cancelled in August. This morning I got a notification that they tried to run my card again, 7 months later. It was an old card, so it was declined. Why would they resume charging without my consent 7 months later? This business is a dumpster fire. A pure dumpster fire.

GBAwesome Service The provider I see has been excellent. She is responsive to messages and makes our appointments worthwhile. I haven't had issues getting my medications sent to my pharmacy, and when I had an issue with insurance coverage, my provider helped right away.
