6+ months, great experience I've been working with Klarity for ADHD med management for over 6 months now. I'd just moved, so I wasn't in a place to find an in-person dr yet, and now I don't think I'll bother. My provider has been incredible (I live in CA), always attentive & I feel very heard. She's able to reschedule when I need it last minute, answers my questions on vid & in the messaging portal, just 10/10 experience throughout my time. Highly recommend the platform & (personal tip) Costco pharmacy, especially in the midst of the Adderall shortage.

I found that Klarity really has a lot… I found that Klarity really has a lot to offer . If you are having problems or questions on problems, they are pretty quick on responding swiftly. And it really helps when they confirm that your messages have been received immediately and they will be with you as soon as they can. I also appreciate that they do want to help you genuinely and care about their patients. I appreciate my nurse too, she listens to me and hears me with any concerns. Thank you Klarity!

Finally...a hero Finally...a hero. Kerstin Mosso is a gem of a human. She was gracious and understanding. I never felt rushed and she took the time to actively listen to all my concerns. I am grateful to have her in my corner.

I love this company I love this company. It has helped me immensely with all my ADHD. I'm an introvert and really private so the fact that I don't have to leave my home makes this company a perfect fit for me. The layout of the web/app makes it really easy to sign your forms for your appointment, to request a video chat with your therapist or to request a prescription. Everything made simple. Thanks to the whole Klarity team for making my life a whole lot better.

Do not trust this site Do not trust this site. I paid the $10 dollar fee to hold the initial consultation. The email I used to register was able to get me access to the portal, but it was empty. I could not modify the appointment. I emailed to get confirmation id the appointment existed. I did not receive any receipt for billing. When I emailed support, they requested a picture ID and last four of card, which I no longer felt secure in doing so. They could not find my email. The phone number on web page goes to a message. This was just a scam to get billed the 150.
