GB10/10 I feel very fortunate to have found Klarity. The service has been excellent and the staff both medical and non-medical have been awesome. Responses are always prompt and my issues are always addressed thoroughly. I can't say enough good things about my provider Kate, seriously one of the best providers I have ever had. My concerns never went unaddressed and as her patient I truly felt that I was always heard.

GBi cant reach anyone on the support… i cant reach anyone on the support team. no one has sent my refill request form this month and i have an appointment in a few days. ive been trying all morning to reach customer support. i noticed that they closed my tickets and they never responded to me. im worried sick i dont know what im going to do

GBI found that Klarity really has a lot… I found that Klarity really has a lot to offer . If you are having problems or questions on problems, they are pretty quick on responding swiftly. And it really helps when they confirm that your messages have been received immediately and they will be with you as soon as they can. I also appreciate that they do want to help you genuinely and care about their patients. I appreciate my nurse too, she listens to me and hears me with any concerns. Thank you Klarity!

GBThe biggest scam after done The biggest scam after done. Its clear this place is a total ripoff. $150 to be told by the provider that I need to see another doctor? Google is free. Dont be fooled. You are spending money to be told you need to see a doctor illustrating they hire a bunch of cracker jacks who are paid $150 to tell patients they need to see a doctor?

GBDo not trust this site Do not trust this site. I paid the $10 dollar fee to hold the initial consultation. The email I used to register was able to get me access to the portal, but it was empty. I could not modify the appointment. I emailed to get confirmation id the appointment existed. I did not receive any receipt for billing. When I emailed support, they requested a picture ID and last four of card, which I no longer felt secure in doing so. They could not find my email. The phone number on web page goes to a message. This was just a scam to get billed the 150.
