GBMy therapist Quinsea has been… My therapist Quinsea has been wonderful. She actively listens, throws questions that makes me think that has helped me realize that some things aren't as bad as they really are. She gives homework that has been helpful. Quinsea validates how I am feeling or thinking during our sessions, she is very easy to talk to and calming.

GBSolid Therapy After almost a four year break from therapy, I had promised a cardiologist and internist that I would return. In 2017, I received one of those pesky mental health diagnosis. I just completed my 4th week and very grateful for the quality of care. As my trust in the therapist continues, I’m also willing to talk about past traumas that I wasn’t ready to discuss between 2017 and 2020.

GBMultiple Duplicate Charges on my credit card Multiple duplicate charges on my credit card? I understand it happening once maybe. But multiple times? This kind of stress isn't exactly how you help care for someone's mental health. The only reason this review is 3 stars instead of 1 or 2, is because my therapist is great to work with. But the customer service is definitely lacking.

GBRula employs bad business practices Rula employs bad business practices by auto-scheduling re-occurring therapy sessions without consent nor confirmation. On top of that, they charge $99 for missed sessions you did not want. Support claims that the sessions were scheduled on behalf of the patient by the provider and that Rula sending you an email is sufficient confirmation of the appointment. This is malpractice. Very disappointing.

GBHighly Recommend Very easy to use and I was able to see a therapist within a week and I like him a lot. Also, not having to personally deal with insurance is amazing. I just pay Rula my copay and that's it. For someone who's put off getting help for so long because I thought it would be arduous, Rula has been a lifesaver.
