GBI had an incredibly frustrating… I had an incredibly frustrating experience with the customer support of this company. It seemed like nobody was willing to listen to my concerns and instead, they just did things their own way. I opened a case, but it was never followed through. Nine days ago, I called and specifically requested to speak with a manager. However, the agent informed me that he didn't have a manager immediately available. He mentioned that it would take 24 to 48 hours for a manager to call me back. To address the urgency of the situation, he assured me that he would make an urgent request and that a manager would contact me within 24 hours. Unfortunately, I did not receive any call within that timeframe. but they just can't handle more than simple things. They relay to other departments via massaging to handle things. I have may be be once only recieved a call back. Feeling frustrated, I decided to call again. This time, they opened yet another case for me, but once again, I did not receive a call back within 24 hours. This pattern repeated itself for the third and fourth times. Despite their assurances, I never received any call back from a manager. It has now been a total of nine days, and I am still waiting for resolution, which is causing me significant distress as I am in need of therapy. They used to operate under the name Path, but now they go by Rula And bill under SUD. Why so many names???!!! To compound the issue, my insurance provider informed me that the company is no longer in their network. However, when a representative from the company called me, she insisted that they were indeed in network. She even promised to send me an email confirming this, so that I could forward it to my insurance company to resolve any potential issues on their end. Unfortunately, she never fulfilled her promise of sending the email and completely ignored my subsequent follow-up emails. This was not the first time I had experienced such responses dealing with customer support. Overall, I am extremely disappointed with the company's terrible customer support. The way they have handled this situation is completely unacceptable, especially considering the nature of the services they provide. When seeking help in a field that should provide peace of mind and calm, it is disheartening to be met with such disregard.

GBHighly Recommend Very easy to use and I was able to see a therapist within a week and I like him a lot. Also, not having to personally deal with insurance is amazing. I just pay Rula my copay and that's it. For someone who's put off getting help for so long because I thought it would be arduous, Rula has been a lifesaver.

GBLack of Courtesy and Professionalism I scheduled an appointment with Arturo Trujillo a week ago. I join the telehealth appointment on time and wait 15 minutes for him to join. I called into Rula and they reached out to him. He told them he wasn’t accepting new patients but didn’t have the courtesy or professionalism to cancel the appointment in advance. Rula did not do anything about it.

GBResponce was fast and very helpful. Fast in getting in contact and very helpful in having multiple therapists to choose from.
