The therapy appointments have been very helpful and given me some relief The therapy appointments have been very helpful in my overall wellness and processing the losses I have suffered. Jennifer Weiss is amazing, thoughtful and kind. I am grateful to have been meeting with her. There are deeper painful feelings that I had not addressed processed and now I am. I have been treating since mid February. The zoom application can be tricky at times but mostly user error. This has been a great experience and I am feeling relief from carrying so much on my mind, body and spirit. Keep up the great work!

My experience is nice because I'm able… My experience is nice because I'm able to choose my therapy times and my therapist and I get along really well. It's nice to have someone to talk to.

Lack of Courtesy and Professionalism I scheduled an appointment with Arturo Trujillo a week ago. I join the telehealth appointment on time and wait 15 minutes for him to join. I called into Rula and they reached out to him. He told them he wasn’t accepting new patients but didn’t have the courtesy or professionalism to cancel the appointment in advance. Rula did not do anything about it.

Solid Therapy After almost a four year break from therapy, I had promised a cardiologist and internist that I would return. In 2017, I received one of those pesky mental health diagnosis. I just completed my 4th week and very grateful for the quality of care. As my trust in the therapist continues, I’m also willing to talk about past traumas that I wasn’t ready to discuss between 2017 and 2020.

Rula employs bad business practices Rula employs bad business practices by auto-scheduling re-occurring therapy sessions without consent nor confirmation. On top of that, they charge $99 for missed sessions you did not want. Support claims that the sessions were scheduled on behalf of the patient by the provider and that Rula sending you an email is sufficient confirmation of the appointment. This is malpractice. Very disappointing.
