Highly Recommend Very easy to use and I was able to see a therapist within a week and I like him a lot. Also, not having to personally deal with insurance is amazing. I just pay Rula my copay and that's it. For someone who's put off getting help for so long because I thought it would be arduous, Rula has been a lifesaver.

Multiple Duplicate Charges on my credit card Multiple duplicate charges on my credit card? I understand it happening once maybe. But multiple times? This kind of stress isn't exactly how you help care for someone's mental health. The only reason this review is 3 stars instead of 1 or 2, is because my therapist is great to work with. But the customer service is definitely lacking.

I have been really happy with my care… I have been really happy with my care since the very beginning. I love the fact that we as patients are able to look at provider profiles and really find a provider that fits our needs. I feel like I’ve been able to make a positive connection with my clinician which has been amazing. I would highly recommend Rula.
