GBSetra has been helpful since the… Setra has been helpful since the beginning. I was having issues with my prior hosting company with downtime, slowness and lack of support. I tweeted about my frustrations and Setra reached out to me to help. They helped me more than my actual host so I decided to give them a try. They moved my website for me and got me back online within the hour. My website is now faster and it's half the price.

CABeyond happy with Setrahost! Beyond happy with Setrahost! This is probably going to sound like a paid review but it isn't. I used to use Hostgator and after having my website go down for 4 hours I posted on Twitter asking for help switching to a different host. Setrahost reached out to me within 15 minutes and offered help without even pitching me on their service. They simply answered my question and told me how to change hosts. After looking into them more I reached out to them on Twitter again and switched to them. Since then I have been nothing but happy! My site responds faster than it ever did, it has yet to go down for even a minute, and I pay 1/10 of what I did with Hostgator. Would definitely recommend to anyone. 5/5 stars well earned

BRExceeded my expectations Have been a costumer for 1 year. The speed, quality and stability of the servers are a huge differential, but the best part is the customer service, that exceeded my expectations (thank you Damon). I highly recommend their services.

GBMy only regret was not migrating sooner Setra Host is SO helpful! I had Bluehost, and during my last stint with them I had many issues and had to contact their support 5 times and didn't get any help from them. My site would crash for days with no avail. The last person I talked to on Bluehost even said that my site had some serious issues they couldn't solve (and it took them 30 minutes), and that they had to take my request to a higher up case. So after my complaining about them on Twitter/X, Setra Host found me, swooped me in and saved my site! They were incredibly helpful, kind, and responsive, and they said that there were no "issues" that Bluehost spoke of. They were able to migrate my site within a few hours, and now it's faster than ever! Whenever I see someone complain about Bluehost, I immediately tell them to move over to Setra Host instead! I can't recommend them enough!!!
