GBGreat customer service Our schertz TX location has a wonderful manager Jessica Morgan she is very knowledgeable and professional..I had some issues that were resolved immediately..the customer service I received there was exceptional.. get that each branch location may not be the same but I have nothing but praise for this one.

GBI had a truly dreadful experience with… I had a truly dreadful experience with Stanton Optical that has left me feeling frustrated and disappointed. It all started when I ordered two pairs of glasses from them. The first mistake they made was delivering my glasses to the wrong address, which resulted in them being misplaced. After this mishap, they agreed to make another set of glasses for me. However, when I finally received them and started wearing them, I noticed that something was off. It turned out that the prescription they had used was incorrect. This led to me having to go through the whole process of getting my eyes examined again. Stanton Optical assured me that they would modify my existing glasses to match the correct prescription. They returned one pair to me after making the adjustments, but the second pair has been missing in action since February. Despite numerous inquiries and promises, I am still left waiting for that second pair to be delivered. This entire ordeal has been incredibly frustrating and time-consuming. The level of incompetence and lack of responsibility displayed by Stanton Optical has left me deeply dissatisfied. I regret ever choosing to do business with them, and I certainly won't be recommending their services to anyone in the near future.

GBGood service pained by awful prices, and worse policies. Youre undoubtedly overpaying for your eyeglasses and or contacts. And if you wish to return them for your $300 back, a manager must be present, which isnt stated on the receipt, nor do they tell you during your purchase. Not only will you not be paid timely, you’ll be sent a check regardless of if you paid cash, or debit. Please do not give them your business

GBBad experience with Stanton Dr. Should I be truthful and say that it was one of the worst exams I have ever had, or should I water it down. I'll water it down. At 7350 Madison (2024 year): The Stanton frames/lenses side is good, unfortunately the exam side is not good. The general shared staff of both sides are friendly and do their jobs good. I went in to get a small change to my prescription. The Dr dude he talked randomly about bent trees for about 20 minutes ''before'' then briefly examining my eyes. Then he said NO change. Dude was very unprofessional. He barely tried testing any adjustments to my old prescription before saying NO change again. (To simplify the poor experience I had with them, which has happened repeatedly at different visits. The Dr, he refused to be helpful). Also the lenses in the exam machine were dirty/foggy as always; its the same with the telepresence machine, foggy. I'm done with "California Physicians Eyecare Group". (The current eye exam company within many Stanton Optical locations in Sacramento.) Some of their exam doctors are ok, but many of them do not listen to the customer/patient about eyesight needs. I had to pay almost $100 dollars for that visit, To end up getting nothing changed in my prescription. Another sign the country is going down the drain.
