GBOngoing Revolution staff has not been helpful or available Ongoing Revolution staff has been uninterested or unavailable to assist me. Last year Ryan was ok until After I got my order then he did not want to assist me & so I went elsewhere this year but needed some adjustment on last years hearing aids again & no one would ever answer the phones so I drove over there during hours & no one was there at the Yorktown office I chose because if it’s proximity to my home. So the hearing aids are worthless if you can’t get help and I would not reco them to anyone! I prefer driving into Newport News to Beach Hearing solutions who take lots of time & help with every issue & I recommended them to my friends!

GBFollow-up appointments are easy and enjoyable. I have visited the Revolution Hearing office twice for follow-up appointments after receiving hearing aids. The office location is quite convenient and Amanda's professionalism is wonderful.

GBAdequate but definitely not great Let me start by saying I am a first-time patient of using hearing aids or having any part of the hearing aid game. I am also new to the Medicare game and don't always fully understand the rules. While I did choose to get the hearing aids that were covered by Medicare I did not fully understand what the advantages might be to pay for an out of pocket upgrade. I would compare my experience to dealing with a used car salesman."you can get this but you would be much happier getting that" since I decided to get entry level hearing aids I will assess them and decide whether or not to upgrade them. I don't know if it was the salesman's personality or my ignorance but I did not find it and enjoyable experience.

GBStill waiting for call to set up in… Still waiting for Revolution Hearing call to set up in home visit. I am 81-year-old home confined lady. Part of problem could be at my end as my house ph. & c # could not take inbound calls for a few days. As of today, both phones are working. hope they see this and call me @ C# soon to set up appointment for some time in early June. Using to days date as date of experience as I do not remember what day I called them late last week.

GBGreat service This is my 1st time with in the ear devices and it took multiple fittings. My audiologist was very helpful and patient to make sure there was a positive outcome.
