The insurance policy is a basic no… The insurance policy is a basic no frills coverage policy. I will assume that the coverage is good, but have never had to put in a claim. The ease of writing a rider is okay. I am not happy that auto renewal occurs in a pandemic with no work going on. A rebate may have been in order as no coverage was used or needed last year.

I don't know how ProSight Direct is as far as handling actual claims...but I do know the website was a pleasure to use! It seems very organized and easy to follow, explained things clearly, and I was able to do everything I needed simply and pretty quickly. Value at Fair Price It was easy to purchase my professional coaching liability insurance through ProSight, and I'll likely use them again next year. The liability insurance offered by my sport's governing body kept increasing every year, and it seemed like they were using it as a profit center rather than a way to protect their coaches. ProSight was a good alternative for the same coverage.

Impressive Customer Service The buying experience was clear and easy. Before purchasing, I was in a chat with Casey Bowlby, who answered every question I had, directly and not in an around about way. I purchased that evening and still had another question, yet the chat was closed. To my surprise, Casey (the same rep from the day before) emailed and called me in the morning. I was very impressed with that level of customer service! Haven't had to file a claim, but my hope is that in the event I do, the process will be just as simple and clear.
