GBEasy Sign-Up, Helpful Customer Service It was super easy to sign up for Prosight Fitness Insurance and get the coverage that I needed as a fitness instructor. I was, however, disappointed that my policy automatically renewed without receiving notification of the renewal ahead of time. (Perhaps an email was sent to the spam folder?) But when I called in to cancel my policy because I was no longer teaching fitness classes due to injury, I received immediate help and a refund on that policy.

GBImpressive Customer Service The buying experience was clear and easy. Before purchasing, I was in a chat with Casey Bowlby, who answered every question I had, directly and not in an around about way. I purchased that evening and still had another question, yet the chat was closed. To my surprise, Casey (the same rep from the day before) emailed and called me in the morning. I was very impressed with that level of customer service! Haven't had to file a claim, but my hope is that in the event I do, the process will be just as simple and clear.

GBI've been shopping around for insurance… I've been shopping around for insurance quite a bit, and one of the things I hate the most about my experience is that most companies want you to register and give all your information before you even submit a request for a quote. GBGood product; difficult process The product I got is great - exactly what I needed. What interfered with my satisfaction was the fight I had to go through to get a written rider that identified my co-insured. I would not have gotten that job without a written document declaring them to be co-insured under the policy and it took days for ProSight to produce it. Simple little typing project but vast push-back for getting it done. Don't know why that's an issue with you, but I did finally get it and I got the job, so it ended well.
