We love the fact that they are adding new features all the time such as integrating social media (Facebook, GMB, Instagram, Whatsapp) into the program so we wont have to go to those platforms individually to respond to customers. The Phone Pro program has been working awsome as well. We have not even used all the features of Repair Desk. It allowed my business to streamline all processes in our repair shops, creating tickets, managing the cost of goods sold, employee management, and so on and so forth. Their onboarding process is excellent. I definitely would recommend it. Moreover, their support is superb the guy name Usman Ali helped me with my issue in no time.
