GBThe Best POS System for any Electronics Repair Shop We just switched to Repair Desk about 2 months ago, the software is great and it's perfect for our needs as an Electronics Repair Shop. They are constantly coming out with new tools and integrations to make our job easier. Whenever I have any questions or concerns about the software, their customer support staff has always been super helpful. Never had to wait on hold. They are always happy to screen share and walk you through any part of their software. I talked to Sakina today and she was super helpful, she even walked me through how to link our new printer! They always go above and beyond with their customer support and their software is the perfect POS System for any repair shop. 10/10 we recommend for every small-medium size repair shop!

GBThe reviews on this are sketchy af. I'm starting to feel fishy about these constant 5 star glowing reviews, 2 of them say almost the same exact message. We have been experiencing nothing but complication after complication, this software was sold to us as a working product and some basic functions (like customer intake signatures, importing items to inventory, keeping email/sms notifications off for the customer after actually toggling them off already, the quirks and unreliability goes on), and the supports answer after detailing my concerns and issues is always "reset cookies/cache" (a band-aid, not a solution), or restart browser. This feels like a Beta that is not quite ready for launch, the concept is there and I think the software is brilliant.......... when it works that is.

CAI wouldn't want to be a printer technician Arnold was able to get my issue as close to solved as possible. He tried every possible avenue over the course of an hour and a half to get our PrintNode functioning properly and while it didn't completely get solved, our labels are printing much better than before. Arnold has great patience and problem solving skills. Thanks!
