They've been very responsive in handling our concerns, especially Kirsti Kompus - stellar customer support. They keep rolling out updates and expanding the offering. While they're not the cheapest, they are the top PM software for short term rentals for a reason - definitely lives up to the old adage that you get what you pay for (in a good way).

As a growing company in a relatively new industry we accept that sometimes there have been issues but their customer service is very quick to reply to any tickets we open. Guesty's customer support responds very… Guesty's customer support responds very quickly and is extremely helpful. It's difficult to give this good of service with as many requests as they must get. I know from previous PMS platforms, the responses weren't as quick. Highly recommend this software for their trust accounting as well!!
