Great service Received my mirror within 5 days and found it to be broken in two on opening package. Called them on Monday and said that they will be replacing it no questions asked. I needed the replacement before Christmas but was not given any guarantees, got call on Wednesday to ask if replacement mirror had arrive, it did soon after and mirror was perfect. This is simply excellent service, highly recommended.

Excellent product and service The glass splashback looked good on their website and looked even better when it arrived. It was very well packed in a plywood frame and carefully delivered by TNT. The customer service people were pleasant to deal with by phone and email. Overall VERY pleased.

So nice to have decent service! I couldn't recommend Sumner Mirrors more, it is so nice to have decent and quick service and good customer service. It is pretty rare opportunity to leave a good review! The mirror arrived (I think!) early and even better I received a phone call on the morning of delivery to confirm it was ok to deliver that day and the address to deliver too - I hadn't asked for or expected this from Sumner Mirrors but got it whereas I had asked another company the same week (we had recently moved house) who failed to do as requested. Brilliant service Sumner Mirrors, keep it up!
